Founded in 2016. Triton Oceanic Exploration Society is an organization dedicated to advancing marine research, conservation, and exploration. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the society focuses on utilizing novel technology and research to better understand and protect the world’s oceans. In an endeavor to correct a rapidly shifting baseline, Triton is focused on communicating and connecting marine science to the public through media arts and storytelling, to make marine science and the world's oceans more accessible. Triton invites scientists, divers, and all those ocean minded, to join us in our mission to raise awareness of the critical importance of ocean ecosystems and promote their preservation for future generations.
